Folks, here's the deal. The Lord buried Moses on the mountain of Moab, across from Beth-Peor, but no one knows the exact spot to this day. See here, Jack: no malarkey, my father used to say that Moses was 120 years old when he died, and his eyes were still bright and clear. He never lost his strength and his vision was still good. Now, I'm not joking, but the Lord spoke to Moses and said, "This is the land I promised to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob." And then, excuse me, the Lord said, "I have let you see it with your own eyes, but you will not cross over into it." Literally, What was that? Or uh, you know, Moses died there in the land of Moab and the Lord buried him in the valley, but no one knows his resting place to this day. C'mon, man! That's the story of Deuteronomy 34. Not gonna happen. I tell you what: we'll never forget Moses and the promises of God.
