C'mon, man! Listen, Jack, here's the deal. Folks, Deuteronomy 19 is all about the cities of refuge. No malarkey! Basically, if a person killed someone, they could flee to one of these cities and have a fair trial. My father used to say, "Justice is just a city away!" I'm not joking, see here, Jack. It's important to know that if someone is killed accidentally, the avenger of blood can't come after the killer. What was that? Oh, or uh, you know, if the killer is caught outside the city, the avenger can't kill them either. Not gonna happen!

I tell you what, folks. Deuteronomy 19 also tells us that no one can move a boundary marker from its rightful place. Excuse me, that's just not allowed. Plus, it's important to make sure that two or more witnesses are present before any sentence is passed. Literally! This way we can make sure that justice is done. That's the deal.
