Batman: All right, Robin, let's recap the events of Luke 18.

Robin: Sure thing, Batman! It starts off with Jesus telling a parable about a Pharisee and a Tax Collector.

Joker: Ha ha ha! I love it! A Pharisee and a Tax Collector!

Batman: Silence, Joker! As Robin was saying, the Pharisee was proud and thanked God he wasn't like the Tax Collector. The Tax Collector, on the other hand, humbly asked God for mercy.

Robin: Jesus concluded the parable by saying that this humbleness was more pleasing to God than the Pharisee's pride.

Catwoman: Ooh, I love a good moral lesson!

Batman: Indeed. Jesus also told another parable about a persistent widow who asked a judge for justice. The judge finally granted her justice because of her persistence.

Robin: Jesus concluded this parable by saying that if an evil judge could grant justice, then how much more would God grant justice to those who ask Him.

Joker: Ha ha ha! I love it! It's a good thing that God is more merciful than a judge!

Batman: Indeed, Joker. We should all remember that God is always ready to grant us justice.
