Peter: Okay, so in Esther 4, Mordecai is really bummed out about being persecuted for his religion, and he starts wearing sackcloth and ash.

Lois: Oh, like when Peter got banned from the library in that one episode?

Peter: Yeah, something like that. Anyway, Esther's cousin hears about this, so he runs to the palace to tell her about it.

Brian: Hmm, that reminds me of that time I tried to tell Peter about the dangers of eating too many pancakes.

Peter: Yeah, yeah, whatever. So Esther's like, "What can I do?" and her cousin is all like, "Go see the King" and Esther's like, "No way, it's too dangerous!"

Stewie: Oh, like when I tried to tell Lois that she had left the toaster oven on?

Lois: Yes, Stewie, kind of like that. Anyway, so Esther's cousin is like, "Look, if you don't go, the Jews will still be persecuted." So Esther finally agrees to go see the King.

Peter: Yeah, and then the King is all like, "What do you want?" and she's like, "I want you to save my people from this persecution." And the King is like, "Done and done," and he saves the Jews!

Brian: Wow, just like that?

Peter: Yep, just like that. So everyone's happy and relieved, and that's the end of Esther 4.
