C'mon, man! Listen, Jack, here's the deal. In Acts Chapter 3, Peter and John are literally coming down from the Temple and they see this lame dude out begging for alms. My father used to say "help those in need", so Peter and John stop and Peter says "Look at us!" See here, Jack, I'm not joking – Peter says "Silver and gold have I none, but such as I have give I to thee. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk." What was that? Or uh, you know, the lame man suddenly was healed and was leaping and walking and praising God.

The folks in the area were like, "What the heck is going on here?" and so Peter told them all about Jesus. He said that Jesus was the one who healed this dude, and not just this dude but the lame, the deaf, the blind, and all other kinds of people who were suffering.

Peter said "Repent ye therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out". Not gonna happen, I tell you what, that no more sacrifices are needed for sins – Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice. So Peter said "repent and turn to God", and if you do, you'll be forgiven and saved. Excuse me, folks, this is serious business here – Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and no one can go to the Father except through him.
