Hey, folks! Listen, Jack, c'mon man! I'm tellin' ya, I ain't even kiddin' when I say this story of Acts 27 is a doozy. See here, Jack: Apostle Paul and his crew were stuck on this boat, literally, and it was a long voyage. My father used to say, 'Son, if you're gonna sail be sure to bring a compass'. Uh, or you know, a map might do the trick. Anyways, back to the story: there was a storm, a real whopper. But Paul was like, "Guys, don't worry, no malarkey! We're gonna make it". And then, he's like, "We're gonna check out this island". So they did. Then they went back to the boat and set sail again. But they made a wrong turn and got stuck in this place called "the Syrtes". Now, here's the deal: they were stuck there for days. They couldn't move the boat. Then, Paul said, "Excuse me, but we gotta get outta here". So they cut the anchor and sailed on. Next stop was Fair Havens, and then they sailed on to Phoenix. But they didn't make it. They got stuck again, this time in some place called "Cauda". But Paul said, "What was that? We're gonna make it. Not gonna happen". And he was right. They made it to Malta, and Paul got a warm welcome there. So, that's the story of Acts 27. I'm not joking. That's how it goes.
