Batman: Robin, we must make haste for Matthew 19!

Robin: But why, Batman? What does the chapter tell us?

Batman: Matthew 19 speaks of a conversation between Jesus and the Pharisees, who asked him if it is lawful for a man to divorce his wife.

Catwoman: (Interjecting slyly) It's a question for the ages, isn't it?

Batman: Indeed, Catwoman. Jesus replied that Moses had allowed it because of the people's hard hearts, but it was not so in the beginning. He said, "What God has joined together, let no one separate."

Robin: Wow, Batman, that's a powerful statement!

Batman: It gets better, Robin. Jesus then said that one must be willing to give up all their possessions to follow him. He also said that it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.

Joker: (Cackling) That's a tall order!

Batman: It is. But with God, all things are possible.

Robin: Amen to that, Batman!
