Well, Isaiah 30 has a lot to say about the consequences of the Israelites’s rebellion and disobedience. And it ain't pretty. They're going to be punished for their sins, and it's gonna be bad. God is gonna send them off to Egypt, and they're gonna be slaves and be oppressed. And what have they got to say for themselves? Nothing. They've been warned, but they just won't listen. So they won't get any mercy, just a big ol' punishment. But don't worry, there's a glimmer of hope at the end. God will save them from their oppressors, and they'll be able to turn this whole thing around. So there's one last chance, but they better not screw it up.
