Peter: Alright, Philippians 4. So, the Apostle Paul is writing to the church in Philippi and he's all like, "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!"

Brian: Sounds like a pretty solid motto.

Peter: Yeah, he also talks about how they should be careful to think about things that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, commendable, and worthy of praise.

Lois: So basically, don't go around thinking about dumb stuff like the Kardashians or the latest episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?

Peter: Yeah, pretty much. He then says that if they can do this, then the God of peace will be with them.

Stewie: And then what?

Peter: Well, he says that whatever they have learned or received or heard from him, they should put it into practice.

Meg: That sounds like a lot of work!

Peter: Yeah, but it's worth it. The Apostle Paul then says that the Lord is near, so they shouldn't worry about anything.

Cleveland: That's some good advice!

Peter: Yeah, and then he says to pray and give thanks to God, and whatever they ask for in prayer, they should believe that they've received it, and they'll have it.

Quagmire: Sounds like a pretty sweet deal!
