Folks, here's the deal. I'm tellin' ya, no malarkey. See here, Jack, 2 Kings 25 is all about the fall of Jerusalem. All the way back in 586 BC, the Babylonians rolled in and took the city. Literally. I'm not joking. Excuse me, but the Babylonians destroyed Jerusalem, knocked down the walls, and burned down the Temple. My father used to say, "There'll never be a day like that again, son." And we all know that was true. In the end, King Zedekiah was taken prisoner and dragged off to Babylon. What was that? Or, uh, you know, there was no more freedom for the Jews. Not gonna happen. I tell ya, it was a dark day.
