Batman: Robin! It's time to take a look at 2 Kings 21!

Robin: Right, Batman! This chapter starts with King Manasseh's reign over Judah. He did evil things, including worshipping false gods and leading the people away from God.

Batman: Of course! But it gets worse! King Manasseh even filled Jerusalem with innocent blood!

Catwoman: What an evil king he was!

Robin: Thankfully, his son Amon was better, but still not great. He still did some wicked things.

Riddler: But what about poor King Josiah?

Batman: Yes, Josiah was a righteous king who did what was right in the eyes of God. He removed all the false gods from the land and restored the worship of the one true God. He even found the book of the law and read it to the people.

Robin: But unfortunately, Josiah was killed in battle and his son Jehoiakim was a wicked king who followed in his father's footsteps.

Penguin: So what happened in the end?

Batman: Eventually, the people of Judah were taken into exile for their wickedness. But there is hope, for God promised to restore his people and bring them back to the land.
