Hey, folks, it's Norm MacDonald here with the summary of 2 Chronicles 10. So, King Rehoboam of Judah is having a bit of a problem. He's reignin' over a divided kingdom, and the northern tribes ain't too keen on his leadership. They come to him with a list of demands, and Rehoboam decides to take a few days to think it over. Well, the next thing you know, he's surrounded by a bunch of old dudes, who're like, "Dude, just promise to be a good king and they'll leave it at that." But Rehoboam isn't havin' it, so he goes with plan B: He's like, "Y'all want a king? I'll give y'all a king!" and then he marches out with an army to take back the northern tribes. Well, it turns out the northern tribes ain't too happy about that either, so they put up a fight, but Rehoboam's army ends up winnin' and Judah gets to keep the northern tribes. So, moral of the story: Don't mess with Judah, or Rehoboam will come and kick your ass. This has been Norm MacDonald with the summary of 2 Chronicles 10.
