Alex Trebek: Alright, so tell me a little bit about yourself!

Contestant: Well, I've been studying the Bible lately, and I'd like to tell you about Jeremiah 19.

Alex Trebek: Umm...okay, if you must. So what happens in Jeremiah 19?

Contestant: In Jeremiah 19, God instructs the prophet Jeremiah to buy a clay jar and to go to the Valley of BenHinnom. Once there, Jeremiah is to break the jar as a sign of the destruction that is coming upon Jerusalem. God then explains how the people of Jerusalem have broken their covenant with him and how they will be punished, with their enemies coming in and taking over their land.

Alex Trebek: Interesting. Well, uh, let's move on to a different topic. What can you tell me about your hobbies?

Contestant: Well, actually, I was about to tell you about Jeremiah 20. In that chapter, Jeremiah complains about the difficult task God has given him and laments about the fact that he is being persecuted for speaking out against the false prophets. God comforts him and encourages him to continue proclaiming his message.

Alex Trebek: *Sighs* Right, let's move on to something else. What kind of sports do you like?

Contestant: Well, I was just about to tell you about Jeremiah 21. In this chapter, God tells the king of Judah that he will be defeated by the Babylonians, and that he will be captured and taken into exile. Despite this, God offers the king the chance to make peace and be spared if he surrenders, but the king refuses.

Alex Trebek: *Rolls eyes* Okay, I think we've heard enough about the Bible. Tell me what your favorite music is.
