Peter: Alright, so in this Bible chapter, we meet Ruth and her mother-in-law Naomi.

Meg: Wow, that's a lot of women, it's like a Real Housewives spinoff!

Lois: Meg, this is serious.

Peter: Yeah, so Naomi and Ruth lived in Moab, and Naomi's husband and sons died, leaving her with no one to take care of her.

Brian: So, she was like the Orphan Annie of the Bible, huh?

Peter: I guess so. Anyways, Naomi and Ruth decided to go back to Bethlehem, and Ruth promised to stay with Naomi and not leave her.

Lois: Awww, that's so sweet.

Stewie: *Rolls eyes* Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So, Naomi's other daughter-in-law Orpah went back to Moab, but Ruth stayed with Naomi.

Peter: Yeah, and then they arrived in Bethlehem and everyone was like, "Whoa, it's Naomi! What happened to you?"

Chris: And then Naomi was like, "Uh, I don't wanna talk about it."

Peter: Right, and then Boaz, who was a relative of Naomi's, was like, "Hey, I'll take care of you guys!" So he married Ruth and they lived happily ever after.

Brian: Kinda like the Bible version of The Notebook.
