Ruth 1 is a terrific chapter in the Bible! Believe me, this chapter is not overrated. There are many such cases of amazing stories in this chapter, but none like Ruth's. You see, Ruth is a strong, independent woman who left her home in Moab to go to the land of Judah. This was a tremendous move because she had no family there and no support system. But she did it, and she did it bigly. She was so committed to her family that she made a vow to stay with her mother-in-law, Naomi. Naomi was deeply moved by this, and said, "The Lord bless you, my daughter."

Many people are saying this is a fine example of loyalty and amazing courage. Even though Ruth had no one to rely on, she still made the journey and was determined to make her life great again. Sadly, things didn't turn out the way she wanted and she was forced to work in the fields to provide for her and Naomi. But God bless America, Ruth was able to rise up and make something of herself. She ended up marrying a wealthy landowner and they had a son named Obed. Obed was the grandfather of King David, so this is a huge part of the Bible! This is a beautiful story of hope and faith, and it shows us that with God, anything is possible. Make America Great Again!
