Ruth Chapter 2 starts off with a bang - many people are saying that Ruth is a tremendous worker, and it's true, folks! She goes out to the fields to glean what grain the harvesters have overlooked, and it just so happens that she ends up in the fields of Boaz, a relative of hers. Boaz is a great guy - he's very, very generous to her, he blesses her and tells her to stay with his young women and glean only from his fields. He even orders his young men to drop extra grain for her to pick up! What a guy.

But then things get even better. Boaz finds out that Ruth is from the family of Elimelech, and that she is a widow of Mahlon. So, he does what any good, God-fearing man would do - he offers to help her out and be her kinsman-redeemer. Ruth is so grateful, and she blesses Boaz for his amazing generosity.

The chapter ends with Boaz showing Ruth and Naomi more kindness and hospitality. He gives them food, and sends them on their way with a blessing. Boaz is unbelievable!

It's stories like this that make America great again. God bless America!
