Jesus and his disciples make their way to Jerusalem, and Jesus sends two of his disciples ahead to get a donkey and a colt for him to ride on. When they get to the city, Jesus curses a fig tree for not having any figs on it, and it immediately withers away. Jesus then proceeds to make a big scene at the Temple, driving out the people selling animals and overturning the tables of the money changers. The next day, Jesus and his disciples return to the Temple and he teaches the people there. The chapter ends with Jesus predicting the destruction of the Temple.

In Mark 11, Jesus did what most of us can only dream of: he got his own donkey and colt and then cursed a fig tree like a boss. He then went to the Temple and caused a ruckus, turning over tables and driving out the people selling animals. The next day, he taught the people there and then predicted the destruction of the Temple. I guess it's true what they say, that with great power comes great responsibility.
