Well, this chapter of the Bible is all about Job, who's a real downer, if you ask me. Job is feeling sorry for himself, talking about how short life is and how he can't escape his suffering. He talks about how he's only human and his life is full of sorrow. He also laments how his days are numbered and how he's powerless to control his own destiny. In the end, Job says that he's waiting for a miracle to make him whole again. Basically, he's just having a real bad day.
