Peter: Alright, so the book of Galatians begins with an introduction from Paul. He's basically saying, "Hey, what's up everyone, I'm Paul and I'm an apostle of Jesus Christ.

Stewie: (interrupting) Uh, excuse me, what does apostle mean?

Peter: It means he was chosen by God to spread the Gospel.

Stewie: Oh. Well, why was Paul chosen?

Brian: Well, Paul used to persecute Christians before his conversion, and so God chose him to show that he could forgive and redeem anyone.

Stewie: Wow, that's pretty cool. So what else did Paul say in the introduction?

Peter: He went on to say that the gospel he was preaching wasn't from any man, but from God Himself.

Brian: Sounds like Paul was really trying to emphasize the importance of the Gospel and the Word of God.

Stewie: Yeah, and I guess that makes sense, since he was chosen by God.

Peter: Right. And then he went on to say that if anyone should preach any other gospel, they should be cursed.

Brian: Woah, that sounds pretty serious!

Stewie: Yeah, I guess so. So what did Paul do after that?

Peter: He went on to explain why he was writing to the Galatians, which was to remind them of the true gospel and to warn them of the false gospel that was being preached. And then he ended the introduction by wishing them grace and peace from God.

Brian: Sounds like Paul was trying to be a good teacher and protector to the Galatians.

Stewie: Yeah, I guess so. I guess it's a good thing Paul wrote this letter.
