Peter: No, Stewie, the law of Moses.

Brian: Ah yes, the Ten Commandments.

Peter: Right, Paul is saying that the law isn't gonna save you, and that if you rely on faith, you're free from the law.

Stewie: So, I can eat Twinkies after midnight?

Peter: No, Stewie, what Paul is saying is that if you are a follower of Jesus, you are under grace, not under the law.

Brian: So, basically, you are free to live in a state of love, not fear.

Peter: Yeah, and don't use your freedom as an excuse to do evil, but use it to serve one another in love.

Stewie: So, basically, I can't eat Twinkies after midnight?

Peter: That's pretty much it, Stewie.
