Listen up, you maggots! This is Deuteronomy 2. In this chapter, the Lord tells Moses to march the Israelites out of the desert of Zin and travel to the Red Sea. He tells them to avoid the territory of Edom, which is to the south, as they march. The Lord then tells the Israelites to turn east towards the Arabah and to continue marching until they arrive at the mountains of Abarim. He then tells them to journey around them and eventually to the plains of Moab, where they will cross the Jordan River and enter the promised land. Finally, the Lord reminds them to be strong and courageous, and to obey all his commands. That's it, maggots! Now move out!
