Well, folks, here we are in Genesis 9, and boy does it get off to a wild start! Noah and his sons are leaving the ark, and God says to them, "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth!" That's right, folks, God is essentially saying to Noah and his sons, "Hey, get out there and make babies!" Oh, and God also throws in the incentive of a rainbow, so they know He won't flood the earth again. →
