Well, Romans 16 is all about giving a shout-out to a bunch of people Paul likes. You know Paul - he's the guy who wrote most of the New Testament. So he's just running through a list of people, like Priscilla and Aquila, who he's been working with. He also tells the people to watch out for anyone who's teaching something different from what he's teaching. So basically, Paul's just reminding everyone that he's got friends in high places.
