Well, Romans 3 is here and it's a doozy! Paul opens the chapter with a rhetorical question: "What advantage then hath the Jew?" This is a real head-scratcher; Paul suggests that since the Jews have the Law, they should be better than everyone else. But Paul then proceeds to argue that nobody is really righteous, not even the Jews. He then goes on to say that righteousness comes through faith in Christ and nobody can be saved by the Law. In other words, it's the same message we've heard over and over: nobody is righteous, but God gives us grace anyway. So there you have it folks, Romans 3: same as ever.
