[BRIAN] Alright, so in Chapter 4 of the Book of Jonah, God is pretty angry because Jonah isn't too happy about the people of Nineveh being saved. So, God creates a plant to provide shade for Jonah. But then, the next day God kills the plant because he's so mad.
[PETER] Ooh, I get it! It's like when KFC stopped serving the Double Down sandwich.
[BRIAN] Yes, Peter, very similar. Anyway, Jonah gets really mad and pouts about it. So God's like, "Hey, why are you so mad about a plant?"
[LOIS] Yeah, it's like when I got mad at the kids for destroying my favorite vase.
[PETER] Hey, I'm not sure that's exactly the same.
[BRIAN] Well, it's close enough. So, Jonah explains that he isn't mad about the plant, but about how the Ninevites were saved. And God's like, "Okay, but you still don't have to be that mad about it."
[STEWIE] Yeah, it's like when I saved Chris and Meg from certain doom, but they weren't very grateful.
[BRIAN] That's true, Stewie. So, God tells Jonah to be angry, but to not let it consume him. And then, the chapter ends.
