Listen, Jack, here's the deal: I'm not joking, no malarkey, but my father used to say that Solomon was the wisest man who ever lived, literally. And see here, Jack, 1 Kings 3 is all about how Solomon asked God for wisdom, and God granted it. That's right, he granted it! So, uh, you know, with this wisdom, Solomon was able to settle disputes between two women over a baby. Whaddya know? Now, I'm sure you're wondering what happened? Well, I tell you what, Solomon suggested cutting the baby in half, as a test to see who the real mother was. And, excuse me, the real mother said, "No way, don't do that! Give him to the other woman!" So, that's how Solomon knew the real mother, and he gave the baby back to her. C'mon, man! That's wisdom for you. It's been a few thousand years, but here we are. No malarkey.
