Alex: So, tell us a little bit about yourself!

Contestant: Well, let's see. I'm a big fan of the Bible, so I think I'll talk about Isaiah 39.

Alex: Uhh...

Contestant: God had sent a message to Hezekiah, king of Judah, through Isaiah. The message was that Babylon would come and take Judah into captivity. Hezekiah was worried, but Isaiah told him not to be afraid because God would be with him. Hezekiah was so relieved that he showed Isaiah all the wealth of his palace.

Alex: (Sighing) I guess that's interesting, but can we talk about something else?

Contestant: Oh, sure! Then, Isaiah warned Hezekiah that all the wealth and possessions he had shown him would be taken by Babylon. Hezekiah ignored Isaiah's warning and continued to trust in God.

Alex: (Rolling his eyes) Okay, what else?

Contestant: Finally, Isaiah told Hezekiah that the Lord would grant him peace and security during his lifetime, and his sons would be taken by Babylon. Hezekiah accepted the Lord's judgment and took comfort in the assurance that God would be with him.
