Contestant: Well, I'm a religious person, so I'd like to tell you about a book I've been reading lately, the Bible. Specifically, I'd like to tell you about Isaiah 3.

Alex Trebek: [Sighs] Alright...

Contestant: Isaiah 3 talks about the consequences of turning away from God and the judgment that will befall the people of Jerusalem. It talks about the rulers of Jerusalem being taken away and replaced with people who have no knowledge of the way things should be run, thus leading to chaos and destruction. God is warning that if the people continue to reject Him and His teachings, then He will punish them severely.
