Hey, gang, it's Norm MacDonald here with your Bible update! This week, let's check out the book of Numbers, Chapter 20. So, Moses and the gang are trying to get to the Promised Land, but things aren't going quite according to plan. →

Joe: Alright, so what's going on in Numbers 20? Bible Expert: Well, it begins with Moses leading the Israelites from the Desert of Zin and they are in Kadesh. Joe: That's a cool name, Kadesh… What happens there? →

Alex Trebek: Alright, so what do you do for a living? Contestant: Well, I'm actually a Bible scholar, so I know a lot about the Bible. Alex Trebek: (Sighs) Alright, I guess I asked for that. What can you tell me about Numbers 20? →

Listen up, recruits! Chapter 20 of Numbers is all about Moses and Aaron and their journey with the Israelites. They travel to the Desert of Zin and Moses goes to the Lord to ask for water. God tells him to take his staff and speak to a rock and water will come out of it. →

Robin: Holy H20, Batman! In Numbers 20, the people of Israel are in the wilderness and they're in need of water! Batman: Then we must take action, Robin! They request water from Edom, but the Edomites deny them passage and water. →

Folks, here's the deal. It's Numbers 20, and my father used to say it was a wild one. So, we got the Israelites over there in the wilderness and they’re thirsty, right? See here, Jack, they’re so thirsty they don’t know what to do. →

In Numbers 20, the Israelites were bigly fed up with the leadership of Moses and Aaron, and they started to grumble and complain. This made God very, very angry and he told Moses to speak to the rock and make water come out of it. →

[Peter Griffin] Alright, so in Numbers 20 Moses and the Israelites try to enter the Promised Land with no luck. They decide to ask the King of Edom for permission to pass through and he said "No way Jose!" [Brian Griffin] So they try again, this time sending messengers, but the King still said "No can do!" [Cleveland Brown] Then the Lord told Moses to take his staff and speak to a rock, and water would come from it. →
