Listen up, maggots! This is Ezekiel 21. Yahweh is angry at the people of Judah and tells Ezekiel that He's gonna send a sword against them. He says the sword is gonna cut down the righteous and the wicked, and no one's gonna be able to save anyone from it. Yahweh also says He's gonna make Jerusalem a ruin, and that there will be no escaping the sword He's sending. But He also says that He'll judge Jerusalem and restore it, so that it can be a holy city. So get your act together, or Yahweh will come down on you like a ton of bricks.
