Listen up recruits! In Exodus 29 the Lord is commanding Moses to consecrate Aaron and his sons for the priesthood. Offerings must be made of a bull, two rams, unleavened bread, unleavened cakes mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil. All of these are to be presented as a burnt offering to the Lord. After this, Aaron and his sons must be anointed with oil and dressed in their priestly garments. Moses must then offer a ram as a sin offering, and Aaron and his sons must be sprinkled with the blood of the ram. This ceremony will establish Aaron and his sons as priests of the Lord. That's all recruits, you better know it! Dismissed!
