Batman: That's right, Robin. It's because of their wickedness and disobedience. The Lord is saying that He will punish them for their wrongdoings and that He will not withhold any of His punishments.

Catwoman: What kind of punishments will He send?

Batman: Catwoman, the Lord declares that He will send famine, pestilence, and death; He will cause the people to be scattered among the nations, and He will send fire upon their cities and strongholds.

Robin: That's terrible, Batman!

Batman: That's right, Robin. The Lord is trying to get the people to repent, but if they don't, then the punishments shall come.
