Listen, Jack, here's the deal. Proverbs 10 is really about how a wise person behaves and how a fool does not. Let me put it to you this way, my father used to say, "A wise child brings joy to a father, but a foolish child brings grief to a mother". See here, Jack, it's literally true that the wise person who speaks appropriately will be rewarded, but the one who talks too much will get in trouble. What was that? I'm not joking. And, no malarkey, c'mon, man, the wise person will be respected, but the fool will be despised.

So, folks, here's the point: the wise person will be blessed with plenty of food, but the fool will go hungry. Excuse me, but the wise person will have the security of a good job, but the fool will be unemployed. I tell you what, the wise person's words will bring healing, but the fool's will be destructive. And, see here, Jack, the wise person will have an inheritance and a long life, but the fool will have nothing and will die young. Or, uh, you know, literally, the wise person will be respected and honored, but the fool will be ignored and mocked. Not gonna happen, the wise person will be full of blessings but the fool will be cursed.
