Batman: Robin, it's time to go over the Gospel according to James.

Robin: I'm ready, Batman!

Batman: Good. James 2 speaks of faith and deeds. James says true faith leads to action, and that faith without deeds is dead.

Catwoman: What's that supposed to mean, Batman?

Batman: James gives several examples to illustrate this point. He talks about how Abraham's faith was made complete when he offered up his son Isaac. He tells us that Rahab was justified by her actions, not her words.

Riddler: So, having faith alone isn't enough?

Batman: That's right, Riddler. James says that faith is demonstrated through deeds.

Penguin: That's a tall order.

Batman: Yes, it is. But as James says, faith without deeds is dead.
