Alex: "So, tell me a bit about yourself!"
Contestant: "I'm an avid reader of the Bible and I wanted to tell you about Deuteronomy 15!"
Alex (sighing): "Oh, not the Bible again. You know, I hear about the Bible every day, so why don't you tell me something else?"
Contestant: "Well, Deuteronomy 15 is about God commanding the Israelites to give to the poor, and to forgive debts and loans every seven years. It also talks about not exploiting the poor and not being stingy with your wealth. It also instructs us to treat our servants well and to remember that we were slaves in Egypt at one point, so we should be kind to slaves."
Alex (annoyed): "Okay, okay, I get it. Anything else?"
Contestant: "Yes! It also instructs us to give offerings to the Lord and to celebrate the end of the sabbatical year with a feast."
Alex (rolling his eyes): "Alright, that's enough Bible talk. Let's move on to something else.
