Listen up, troops! Hosea 7 is all about how Israel has gone and done it again- they've sinned and broken their covenant with God. God is so mad that He's not going to heal them anymore. He points out that they are kinda like a baker- they just can't keep their dough together. He also says that they're like a silly dove that doesn't know where to land. They keep running to Egypt for help, but God says that won't help them. He says that their leaders are like a roaring lion that devours its prey, and that their prophets are like foxes in the vineyards. He's so mad that He's going to punish them for their sin. So listen up, soldiers- don't do what Israel did or God will punish you too.
