Well folks, here's the deal. C'mon, man! My father used to say that 1 Corinthians 15 is about the resurrection of Jesus. Literally, it's about how Jesus's resurrection was the very first of all resurrections. No malarkey! He was the first to rise from the dead and so He is the source of our hope for eternal life. Uh, you know, He was literally the firstfruits of the resurrection from the dead, and what was that? We can all look forward to life after bodily death. See here, Jack, we are all gonna die, but if we have faith in Jesus, then we can literally look forward to resurrection in the same way as Jesus. Not gonna happen, I tell you what!

He was the first in a line of many. Excuse me, He was the proof that resurrection is possible, and that we too can look forward to eternal life in the same way. I'm not joking, folks. It's a promise that Jesus made to us, so that we can live in hope and faith in Him, no matter what. That's 1 Corinthians 15!
