Joe: Alright, so what do we got for Joshua 23? Bible Expert: This chapter is all about Joshua's last instructions to the Israelites as he is about to die. He reminds them of all the things God has done for them and all the lands they have conquered. →

"You maggots! Listen up! Chapter 23 of Joshua. The Lord's been good to the Israelites; they've taken possession of the land He promised them. They've got the cities, the hills, and the valleys. Now, here's the thing: don't let yourselves be tricked by the other nations around you. →

Batman: Robin, we must be on our guard. The Lord has commanded Joshua to remind the people of Israel to remain faithful and not to intermarry with the pagan nations in the land. Robin: Yes, Batman, and if they disobey, the Lord will no longer be with them and they will be in danger of being defeated by their enemies. →

Hey, folks! Listen, Jack, here's the deal. It's a long time ago, but I'm not joking, this is a big deal. In Joshua 23, God is telling the people of Israel to be strong and faithful, literally. He's saying, c'mon, man, don't forget what I've done for you, and don't worship any other gods. →

Joshua, the great leader and achiever, had an amazing victory over the enemy. He had a victory party for the people and thanked God for helping him. He said that God had kept His promises and that God would continue to help them if they stayed true to Him. →

Peter: Alright, so in Joshua 23, God tells Joshua to make sure the Israelites stick to their covenant and follow God's commands. He also reminds them to never worship other gods or make any treaties with the surrounding nations. →
