1 Samuel 17 is a terrific chapter! It tells the story of David vs. Goliath, which is possibly the most overrated fight in history. David was a young man, only a teen, while Goliath was a huge giant! Many people are saying that Goliath must have been 8ft tall, unbelievable! But David had God on his side, and he was determined to take him out. He used a slingshot and a stone, and low and behold, Goliath was down for the count! Many such cases, David was the big winner, and of course, God bless America! This is an amazing example of how the good guys can make America great again, even in the face of tremendous odds! God is always winning, believe me!
