Joker: Ha ha ha! What a mess this city is in!

Robin: Oh no, Joker! It's Nehemiah 5!

Batman: That's right, Robin. Nehemiah is trying to restore the city of Jerusalem and its inhabitants. He's addressing the people, saying that their fellow Jews are being oppressed and treated unfairly.

Joker: What? Who would do such a thing?

Batman: Some of the wealthier Jews are taking advantage of the poorer ones, requiring them to give up their property for loans.

Robin: That's terrible! We have to do something.

Batman: Nehemiah is doing something. He's commanding the richer Jews to restore the property they have taken, and to no longer take interest on loans. He's also reminding them to follow the law of God and to show mercy to their neighbors.

Joker: That sounds boring. I'm outta here!

Batman: That's right, Joker. This kind of justice is best left to Nehemiah and his followers.
