Hey, folks, it's me, Norm MacDonald here with another chapter of the Bible. This time we've got Judges 14. This is the one with Samson, and boy, what a guy! He's looking for a wife, and he seems to have a type: Philistine women. →

Joe: Alright, so what do we have today? Bible Expert: Today we are looking at Judges 14. Joe: Alright, let's hear it. Bible Expert: Well, in Judges 14 we have the story of Samson, an Israelite judge and warrior. →

Alex: "So, [contestant's name], tell me a bit about yourself." Contestant: "Well, Alex, I'm a big fan of the Bible, and I'd love to tell you about the book of Judges. It's all about a man named Samson, who was chosen by God to be a leader of the Israelites. →

"Listen up, y'all! This is Judges 14. Got it? We're talking about Samson here. He meets a Philistine woman and decides he wants to marry her. His parents don't approve at first, but eventually they give in. →

(Batman and Robin are walking around the city, when a news report comes on the radio) Reporter: We've just received a report of a strange occurrence in the land of Israel! Batman: Sounds like a job for the Dynamic Duo! →

Listen, Jack, here's the deal: in Judges 14, we have a real wild story. See here, Jack, Samson, who was literally the strongest man that ever walked the face of this earth, he goes and, uh, you know, sees this woman and he's like, "I want her for my wife, no malarkey!" But the folks in town, they don't want him to have her, so they tell him he's gotta solve this riddle of theirs. →

In Judges 14, we see a BIGLY story of Samson, a terrific man with tremendous strength who had an unbelievable ability to defeat his enemies. He was winning in many such cases. But, after he married a Philistine woman and his haters and losers found out, they were not happy and they tried to trick him. →

Peter: Alright, so this is Judges 14. So, it's about this guy, Samson, and he's a judge and he's like, "Oh man, I'm going to get me a wife," and he goes and he sees this Philistine woman and he's like, "Hey, I'm gonna marry her. →
