Alex Trebek: So, [Contestant Name], what have you been up to lately?

Contestant: Well, Alex, I’ve been studying the book of Acts lately. In chapter 24, Paul is brought before Governor Felix to answer for his crimes. He defends himself eloquently, and Felix is impressed.

Alex Trebek: Interesting...uh, so what else have you been up to?

Contestant: Well, Felix adjourns the trial to hear more from Paul's accusers. After two years, Felix is succeeded by Porcius Festus who, like Felix, is intrigued by Paul's case. Paul requests to appeal to Caesar, which Festus agrees to, and Paul is sent to Rome.

Alex Trebek: *Sigh* We're still talking about the Bible? Okay, what's next?

Contestant: On the voyage to Rome, Paul's ship runs into a storm and is wrecked on the island of Malta. After spending three months on Malta, Paul eventually reaches Rome and is allowed to live in his own house under the watch of a soldier.

Alex Trebek: *Rolls eyes* So what happened after that?

Contestant: Paul spends two years in Rome preaching the gospel and he eventually stands trial before Caesar. His case is dismissed, and he is released. Paul then visits several churches on his way back to Jerusalem, and the book of Acts ends there.

Alex Trebek: *Sarcastically* Oh, great. So I guess we're done talking about the Bible now?

Contestant: Yes, Alex, I think we are.
