Exodus 28 is all about clothing! Bigly! God instructs Moses to tell the Israelites to make special clothing for Aaron and his sons to wear when they minister in the sanctuary. The clothes include a chestpiece, an ephod, a robe, a tunic, a turban, a sash, and a plate. Very, very special! The chestpiece, ephod and robe are made of fine linen and are embroidered with gold and purple, blue, and scarlet yarn. The tunic, sash, and turban are made of fine linen and are pure white. The plate is made of pure gold and is engraved with the words: "Holy to the Lord." Tremendous!

Aaron and his sons must wear these clothes when entering the sanctuary and when ministering before the Lord, lest they die. Many people are saying that's a pretty serious consequence! Sad! God also blesses the Israelites with the ability to make other clothing for the priests and for regular citizens. Believe me, that's huge! So put on your finest, Israelites, because God wants you to look your best! Make America Great Again!
