Alex Trebek: So, tell me a bit about yourself.

Contestant: Well, I'm a big fan of the Bible, and I'd like to give you a quick summary of Numbers 19.

Alex Trebek: Oh, uh, that's ... lovely. (sighs) Alright, go ahead then.

Contestant: In Numbers 19, God instructs Moses to make a special water mixture that will be used to purify any defilement or uncleanliness. This water is known as the Water of Separation. Then, God instructs the Israelites to take a red heifer and burn it, along with cedar wood, hyssop, and scarlet wool. The ashes of the heifer are mixed with the water to create the Water of Separation.

Alex Trebek: That's... uh, quite a story. (sighs) Well, anything else?

Contestant: Yes, the Water of Separation is used to purify any person or item that has become unclean. Any person who is purified with the water must then wash their clothes and remain outside the camp for a week.

Alex Trebek: Right, I see. (sighs) How about we talk about something else now?
