Contestant: Well, I've been studying the Bible, and right now I'm on Numbers 12.

Alex Trebek: (trying to sound interested) Oh, okay, what's that about?

Contestant: Numbers 12 tells the story of Miriam and Aaron, Moses' siblings, who become jealous of Moses' position as leader. They start to gossip about him, and God strikes Miriam with leprosy as punishment. Moses intercedes on her behalf, and God forgives her, but she must remain outside the camp for seven days.
