Well folks, it's time to check in on the Book of 2 Kings - and it looks like things are really getting interesting! In Chapter 22, we're taken to Jerusalem and the reign of King Josiah. After a bunch of renovations to the temple, the king's aides uncover a scroll of the Law. →

Alex: So, what do you like to do in your spare time? Contestant: (Insists on talking about the Bible) Well, I was just reading about the events of 2 Kings 22. In the chapter, King Josiah of Judah finds an old book of the law in the temple and is deeply moved by it. →

Listen, Jack, c'mon man! Here's the deal. It was back in the days of King Josiah. He was a righteous king, no malarkey! He was only eight years old when he became the king of Judah, literally! And it was his father, King Amon, who had the people of Judah worshipping idols, which was obviously a no-no. →

2 Kings 22 is a terrific chapter! It tells the story of King Josiah, a great leader who did much to make Judah great again. He was a very, very religious and righteous king and his people respected him deeply. →
