Psalms 55 is a terrific chapter about a man's plea for help from God in a time of trouble and despair. The man is very, very distressed by his enemies who have betrayed him and he is seeking God's protection and comfort. He's sad! that his enemies have turned against him and that he is surrounded by 'haters and losers'. He asks God to protect him from their evil schemes and to deliver him from their wickedness. He pleads with God to turn their wicked plans back upon them and to cause them to be as troubled as he is. He also asks God to send a great punishment upon them for their treachery and betrayal. In conclusion, the man is asking God to make justice and righteousness prevail and to make America great again. God bless America!
