C'mon, man! Listen, Jack, Habakkuk 3 is a real doozy. Folks, I'm telling you what, it's a crazy ride. It's like, no malarkey, this chapter starts out with the prophet Habakkuk lamenting the destruction of his people and their cities. He's literally crying out to God, saying, "Why don't you make things right? We've been suffering for years, and it's not gonna happen, no matter what we do."

My father used to say, "The Lord will never forget his people," so Habakkuk keeps praying for God's mercy. Then, out of nowhere, Habakkuk hears this voice that says, "See here, Jack, I'm gonna make a stand against the nations. I'm gonna bring down their enemies with a mighty storm and a great earthquake."

I'm not joking, folks, Habakkuk is like, "What was that?" He's totally confused. He says, "You are coming to save us, right?" And God says, "Uh, you know, I'm gonna fill this land with my glory, and my people will be my witnesses. I'm gonna make a path for them and protect them from the enemy."

So there you have it, the Lord comes to save his people. Excuse me, he'll do it with his power and his might. Habakkuk's finally got his answer, and it's a good one. I tell you what, no malarkey, God really comes through for his people!
