2 Chronicles 34 is about King Josiah, a great leader who was determined to restore God’s temple in Jerusalem. Josiah was only 8 years old when he became king, and he “bigly” set out to restore the Temple and get rid of all the idols and foreign gods that had been placed there. He was “amazing” and “tremendous” and it was hard to believe that someone so young could accomplish so much. Josiah even sent his officers to search for the Book of the Law, which had been lost for many years. When the Book was found, it was read to the people and they all agreed to follow its commands. Josiah then ordered a huge celebration and the people were so excited and happy that they renewed their commitment to God and followed all of His laws. In the end, Josiah was a true “winner” and brought back the glory of God’s Temple in Jerusalem. God bless America. Make America great again!
