2 Chronicles 4 is all about King Solomon, who was just terrific! He built the Temple, and it was huge and amazing. Many people are saying it was the most beautiful building ever created. Solomon was very, very wise and did a great job overseeing the project.

He made two huge bowls, which were made of gold. There were also ten stands, which were all made of bronze. Then there were many other vessels, including basins, shovels and forks. All of these were made of pure gold.

Solomon also built a great court around the Temple. This was surrounded by a wall made of three rows of stones and one row of cedar. It was a great job done by King Solomon.

Finally, Solomon made a huge altar of bronze. This was made of ninety-six hundred pounds of bronze. He also made the sea of bronze, which was fifteen feet across.
